Delightful Wildlife Encounter: During my stay at the resort, I had the incredible opportunity to encounter the unique Irrawaddy Dolphin, which is only found in three coastal areas in South and Southeast Asia. It was a magical experience, almost like spotting a unicorn in the wild!
It resulted in extra costs and an inconvenient process to resolve the issue.

The best part was definitely the boat rides on the river. We spotted so many cool animals like monkeys and crocodiles. The staff were super friendly and made sure we had a great time. Plus, they had awesome recreational facilities like boats and a children's playground. We felt like kids again!
The only thing we wished for was a bigger party scene. Don't get us wrong, the resort was great for families, but as teenagers, we were looking for more fun activities specifically geared towards young party-goers.

The guided walks and boat cruises were informative and fun, with plenty of wildlife sightings including crocodiles. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the rooms in the jungle setting were beautiful. The hot water rain shower was a great luxury. The buffet meals had variety and were different each time.
Felt like home, nothing to complain about.

The jungle experience was fantastic from start to finish. the pick-up was prompt and well-organized. the lodge was clean and the beds were comfortable. the communal space was good, giving a true jungle experience. - the staff was lovely and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. They were knowledgeable about the local wildlife and helped us see various animals. - the buffet food was plentiful and there was plenty to eat. - the overall experience was great, with lots to do and excellent value for money.
The road to get to the location was bumpy, so if you get carsick easily, it may not be pleasant. The food was average and could have been better for the price.

The highlight of my Christmas stay was definitely the guided tours of the jungle and wildlife. the knowledgeable staff made the experience truly amazing. I was able to spot incredible creatures and learn so much about the local ecosystem. the location of the resort was perfect. Situated right by the river and surrounded by lush jungle, it created a serene and picturesque atmosphere. I loved waking up to the sounds of nature and being able to relax in the open common area, taking in the breathtaking views.
the food at the buffet was a bit lacking in flavor and variety.

Excellent resort cabins and well-organized river cruises with informative guides. . Enjoyed the night walk, despite not seeing many mammals, we spotted interesting insects and a tree frog. Convenient location in the midst of nature, offering a peaceful getaway.
During the transfer back, the bus driver displayed irresponsible behavior by texting on his phone and driving recklessly, which is a safety concern. had a great experience at the resort with comfortable accommodations, informative activities, and a beautiful nature setting.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The location by the river allowed us to get up close and personal with nature. The guided tours provided by the hotel were well organized and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the night cruise, where the guides went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The buffet meals offered a plentiful selection of both meat and vegetarian options. The dorm beds were spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. If you're looking for a relaxing stay with someone else taking care of all the river tours, food, and other details, this is the perfect place to stay.
Could not be improved in any way.
